In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Marine Products Exports Development Authority Act, 1972 (13 of 1972) the Central Government hereby specifies 0% (zero percent) ad-valorem as the rate of cess on export of all marine products by the Export Oriented units and the Units in the Export Processing Zones and Special Economic Zones, with immediate effect.
