(Rubber Control)
S.O.
1199(E). – In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-section
(I) of Section 12 of the Rubber Act, 1947 (24 of 1947),
the Central Government hereby specifies zero paise per
kg. as the rate of cess on rubber produced in India
and procured for export for export production by the
Export Oriented Units (EOUs). Units in the Export Processing
Zones (EPZs) and Units in the Special Economic Zones
(SEZs) with immediate effect.
