1097 (E). ¨C In exercise of powers conferred by
Section 11 of the Coffee Act, 1942 (7 of 1942), the
Central Government hereby specifies zero paise per kg.
as the rate of duty of customs on coffee produced and
exported by the units in the Special Economic Zones
(SEZ), with immediate effect.
