In supersition of this Ministry&##39;s Notification S.O. No.2649 dated 10th July, 1971,
and in exercise of the powers conferred by; section 3 of the Public Premises (Evision
of Unauthorised Occupants Act, 1971 (40 of 1971) , the Central Government hereby
appoints the officers mentioned in Col.1 of the table below being Gazetted Officers
of Government to be Estate Officers for the purpose of the said Act, and further
directs that the said officers shall exercise the powers conferred, and perform
the duties imposed, on the estate officers by or under the said Act, within the
limits of their respective jurisdiction in respect of the Public Premises specified
in Column (2) of the said Table. Table Designation
